OVNAT Tower is built next to Ovnat Shopping Mall as a result of a preliminary planning 20 years before. The foundations of the tower were had been executed when the shopping mall was constructed and there was no need to do any demolitions or adjustments to build the tower. The project includes 12 floors for offices and medical center and hotel with 120 rooms.
