The project was built for Nortel Networks but upon completion it was occupied by Nortel partially and the rest of the area was leased by AudioCodes. After a few years, Nortel moved to another building and AudioCodes occupied the vacant areas as well. MEC managed all fit out works for the companies throughout the various phases.
