Elite Tower
The project was designed as a mixed use tower with commercial areas, offices, hotel and apartments in 70 floors. Works started on site for the 5 floors basement but stopped due to 2008 economic crisis. The zoning plan was revised to build 2 separate towers for offices and apartments. New design is in process.
