Galleria Arad
ARAD Shopping Mall was planned in Israel by an Israeli architects and engineers headed by Architect Moshe Zur. Every discipline was reviewed and approved by a Romanian counterpart. The project was managed by MEC in Israel and the RFPs were negotiated in Romania.
